Fat Burn & Cardio Workout for Women:
  - Choose weight loss mode on any cardio-vascular machine, treadmill, cross trainer, or bike. Heart rate will be low, depending on height and weight. Fat! Fat Burn Workout Time Limit : minimum 45 Minutes
- Cardiovascular Workout's heart rate will be higher according to Age & Weight. Cardio Workout Time Limit: minimum 30 Minutes.

Weight Training - Three Day Workout
DAY 1 (Chest & Back) DAY 2 (Shoulder & Arms) DAY 3 (Legs/Abdominal)

Chest: Chest Press, Incline Press, Chest Fly.

Shoulders: Military Press, Shoulder Press.

Legs: Leg Extensions, Leg Curls, Leg Press, Outer Thighs, Outer Thighs, Inner Thighs, Glutes (Butt).
Back: LAT Pull ups, LST Pull Downs, Rowing. Arms: Triceps Pull Downs, Triceps Extensions, Biceps Arm Curls, Concentrated Curls. Abdominal: Ab Crunches, Ab Sit Ups.
