Our Women's Weight Loss Club meets at the gym from 7pm-8pm on the first and third Thursday of every month. The club offers: weight loss instruction and tips, lectures by fitness professionals on losing weight, nutritional counseling, peer support, and nutritional supplements!

THREE STEP PROGRAM

 

STEP ONE

Fitness Evaluation

Our goal is to establish exactly where you are with your health and fitness goals so that we can carefully plan out how you can get where you want to be. Fitness Evaluation is an ongoing monitoring of your weight and measurements to ensure your are reaching your fitness goals. Weight-Ins are given the first Thursday of each month.

 

STEP TWO

Fitness Program and Orientation

Having a set program to suit your fitness goals is essential. We offer three day and five day workout programs including cardio/fat burn and weight training. Your program can be upgraded as your level of fitness increases.  New members are also offered a free orientation with a personal trainer.

 

STEP THREE

Diet and Nutrition

To ensure that weight loss is achieve the club offers natural herbal supplements and other dietary supplements to speed up the body’s ability to loose weight.
